What is Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative experience between a coach and a client, where the coach facilitates the growth of their client, depending on goals specified by the client.
No matter where you are in your own personal journey, a life coach will guide you through a process, helping you to break negative patterns, as well as challenging you to find ways to live your life with greater purpose, passion, and direction.
